When it comes to choosing subjects, some can find it confusing because at this stage some don’t even have a clue what they want to do after leaving school.
The Academic Resilience Coaching program is aimed at helping teenagers navigate this.
The program runs for 11 weeks and is targeted at teenagers in S3 -S5 (English School year 9 – 11)
This program will focus on;
Developing academic skills Setting boundaries & priorities Developing self identity & a win mindset Self determined motivation Self awareness Goal setting And so much more
It will also include 1-2-1 sessions. This program is aimed at improving your teenager’s academic and mental wellbeing and empower them for the challenges of teenage life.
Sessions will run on Saturdays from 20th April – 29th of June 2024 at 4pm. The sessions will be between 1 – 1.5 hours long. They will be very interactive sessions and teens will be put in smaller groups with others with similar interests. The aim at the end of the program is to build their confident and arm them with skills they require to succeed academically, mentally and socially. They will hopefully also build meaningful relationships with other group members
