Week 2: Understanding Personality and It’s impact on Parenting

  • Discover Your Parenting Personality
  • How your personality shapes your parenting style (e.g., laid-back vs. structured).
  • Why understanding your child’s temperament/personality helps reduce conflict.
  • Overview of key personality traits 
  • Strategies for managing emotional triggers

Week 3: Setting Boundaries & Managing Stress

  • Learn the power of setting  boundaries as tools for safety and connection
  • Understanding healthy boundaries vs. control
  • Self care – How to deal with stress
  • Create routines that work for YOUR family
  • Build support systems and lighten the mental load
  • Make intentional parenting sustainable

 

Week 4: Empowering Kids Through Responsibility 

  • What are appropriate responsibilities and its role in confidence building
  • How to introduce chores.
  • Explore ways to shift from doing for to teaching kids to do for themselves
  • Build support systems and lighten the mental load
  • A 3-month intentional parenting plan
